Reading Habits Tag

Do you have a certain place at home for reading?
I usually read on our lovely sofa. It is so big it has different spots to read but I usuall read on the left part.

Bookmark or random piece of paper?
I love bookmarks, you can find so many different ones it's crazy but I am crap at keeping them. I always lose them so I keep the special ones in a jar in my old bedroom at my parent's.

Can you just stop reading or do you have to stop after a chapter or certain number of pages?
I was going to say at the end of the chapter because it was the logical answer but I just realised that I usually stop wherever I feel like or wherever I am when my bus stop arrives! ;)

Do you eat or drink while reading?
I usually only drink. Specially tea. But when I am totally hooked I eat with my book or kindle next to my plate so I can keep reading while eating. This used to annoy my parent to no end and now it annoys my boyfriend too so I try not to do it (a lot).

Do you watch TV or listen to music while reading?
I try to watch TV while reading, specially when my boyfriend is watching a football match. But I usually end up so focused on the book that I miss all the goals or whatever in going on. 

I usually listen to music while I read on the train or the bus so I don't hear other people talking or weird noises but I'm not sure if I am conscious of the music or not... 

One book at a time or several at once?
One book at a time. Always.

Reading at home or everywhere?
Everywhere. I never leave home without my kindle. Actually the other day I forgot it and I almost had a heart attack in the bus when I realised!

Reading out loud or silently in your head?
Silently. I used to read Harry Potters out loud with a friend. I was actually trying to convert her into a Potterhead and it worked! But other than that I always read silently.

Do you ever read ahead or skip pages?
NEVER. I am a rule follower... I wouldn't dare.

Breaking the spine or keeping it like new?
I am not good at keeping it like new. I think that old books that you can tell have been read lots of times have more character!

Do you write in your books?
No, I have never done it. Maybe if it was a book for school or uni and I didn't have a notebook.
