Christmas Fun Time with Pat Elliott

This year I've invited several authors and book bloggers for a fun Christmas Interview. My next guest is author Pat Elliott.

If you could only get one present this Christmas, what would you ask for?
One Christmas present - it would be a handmade wooden box, filled with watercolour paints and accessories. My very own box of dreams.

If you had to choose a book for an adult who's not a big reader as a Christmas present, which book would you choose?
For an adult who wasn't a big reader, I would choose Jonathan Livingston Seagull - in the hope that the magic within that short picture book would encourage them to try more books.

And what bookish gift (not a book) would you choose for a bookworm?
What bookish gift for a bookworm if it can't be a book? Easy - one of my handmade painted bookmarks!

What's the Christmas new release you are most looking forward to?
The Christmas release I am most looking forward to - it would have been a Christmas story by Jaimie Admans, because I love her writing, but she's not releasing one this year - so instead I'm going with a Fife writer, Lynsey James, and The Silver Bells Christmas Panto, book 3 in the Luna Bay series. It's waiting for me and for Christmas Day, on my Kobo!

Would you like to write a Christmas story yourself?
I have written a couple of Christmas short stories, for my online painting friends. Maybe one day I'll let the rest of the world read them.

Thank you so much for allowing me to take part Alba - and a very merry Christmas to you and all of your readers.
