    I'll be having a roast dinner with all my family at my aunt's house.
    I'm making a Lemon Meringue Cake to take as a contribution. Other than that, I'll be reading and blogging.

    I celebrate Easter by singing 3 services at my church. It's always a joy and a pleasure to participate. And just enjoy a quiet day after all the hectic pace of the morning. And of course some chocolate eggs.

    I celebrated by heading back home and eating a massive roast dinner with the family, followed by homemade Lemon tart & Easter eggs! ;) It was brilliant. xxxx
